Trip to Putrajaya
Putrajaya?? Hmm.. it is actually one of the popular places in Malaysia… This place is well known for its night view and well planned city. Heard that many photographers come here because of its view and even some wedding photos are taken here..(and I did saw a couple wearing wedding gown that day..). Of course, Putrajaya is one of those tourists spots but still the main purpose is to serve as Malaysia’s new federal administrative centre. More info in Wikipedia.

December Holiday - Penang
After few days in Cameron, we continue our journey to Penang. Yeah! The food paradise(Chinese food paradise I should say) and also Vinly’s hometown finally I’m here!!!! And finally I can see Penang bridge at such a near distance and even drive through there. Hmm… but too bad it’s too polluted there that it is not a good idea to open your window. You won’t get a fresh air but a smelly and polluted air caused by factories nearby. Sigh… what a pity…. And of course you can’t miss Penang food!!
We all were so excited even Vinly himself. He brought us around Penang and introduce all those nice foods. Every corner in Penang full of kopitiam, restaurants, and stalls. There’s too much to eat that you might confused of what to eat or might even worry that you can’t taste every single thing.
First Day
The first thing we arrived in Penang was put our stuff in Vinly’s aunt’s house. Rest a while and went for dinner. The very first thing he introduced was the “Seafood Fried Kway Teow with crayfish and prawns” and “Belacan Chicken” in Kimberley street.
3 commentsDecember holiday - Cameron Highlands
Spending my December holiday back in Cameron was quite enjoyable and was quite different from the first trip. Having been able to meet up with Vinly and Zhenyi (Kai’s best friend from sg) and met his parents and sis once again, spending xmas and new year as well as sis’s birthday makes my holiday full of surprises. The only regret was communication gap between me and Vinly & Zhenyi…. I wish my English could be better… >.< I’ll learn harder! Gambatte!!
This second trip to Cameron was much better than last time. I was quite used to the cold weather there and getting much familiar with his family. And again we went to the strawberry farm.. though it was quite disappointed for not able to pick those strawberries. And the most disappointed person I guess was Vinly. He was so sad that the whole thing in Cameron has all been commercialized. You don’t get the chance to see the whole strawberry process from the planting to the growing and eventually the selling. All you see now is just a whole lot of strawberries and strawberry products for selling.
Other than that, visitors just don’t have self-discipline and vandalize the things around them. Of course I know some are not… The only things we can see are these unripe strawberries… So sad…
And other than that we went to uncle Mu Zhen’s( Kai’s dad friend) farm again… walk around and go back.. Basically we didn’t do much at Cameron as nothing up there unless you like plants and enjoy the weather. 3 days in Cameron spent with Vinly and Zhenyi exploring those farms and dinner with Kai’s parents.
